Email (Notification) Sending Configuration

Currently, our customer have this inquiry:

Is there a way to configure agents so that email notifications can be sent directly from the agent?  If so, how is this accomplished?

Answer:
- If you use script fyunction SEND_MAIL, ou can defined whether using agent or Automation Engine to send email.
- Notification object                         (type "Email" or "Alarm", "Request", "Message" with the option "Send Email") only use Automation Engine to send the emails.
