Solution:

A problem has been fixed where the reorganize database action failed when there are deleted folders.

The issue was found and fixed with Automation.Engine 12.1.1 HF1 in Utility. The Package is available for download at the Automic-Support-Zone (https://support.automic.com). We usually also highly recommend to update the automation engine also, but in this case, it is enough to update the utilities.
