Dear Experts,
We have planned to upgrade our Automic from 10.8 to 12.1 version. We have more than 500 agents to be upgraded with almost more than 200 critical agents
Can some one recommend the best way to get it upgraded with short downtime for the agents?
Can we upgrade the agents from version 10. to 12 through the central Agent upgrade concept?

Might consider spinning up V12.1 agents early with different port assignments.
When we upgraded from V9 to V11, we had parallel agents running and parallel AE's. When we "cut over", we litterally just stopped the old AE and started the new AE.

Hi
The Feature Centralized Agent Upgrade is available from V12 and up - so possibly you could use it after you upgraded your AE to V12.1.
