Can I know how to call a time event in a job

The process tab within a job is where you would want to put script that runs whenever the job runs. You could even set certain conditions of when specific script runs. This really opens up the possibilities with the Automation Engine.
Specifically, the script function below is used within the Process tab to call another object for execution:
Replace "MY.TIME.EVENT" with whatever executable object you wish to call. Below you can find more details on this script function in our documenation.
