Hi , 

I am looking for milestone app filtering by initiative like portfolio item as shown below. But, When i filter the initiative or portfolio item, I should see only that respective milestone and not from all initiative.. In this report, we see all of them. 

Please see the below screen shot which we are having currently, But it is showing all the milestone.

I presume you can use the included Filters in this app to filter by the Milestone/s you need. See this screen shot below. I did not give it a try but if you let us know if didn't help then I will try it.
