I've integrated the CA SDM with CA UIM and assign sdgtw alarm in UIM but it was unable to create ticket in sdm. Can you help me what's the issue.
The UIM integrations uses SOAP and REST Protocols to connect to SDM. I would recommend to use SOAPUI application to check the SOAP and REST protocols using the username/password you set in the integration. The following documents will help:

I've never done a UIM-to-SDM integration, but what error are you getting in SDM? Perhaps you can share the error message as seen in the stdlog for starters?
