  • 1.  How to add Dowpdown in ca sdm

    Hi,

    I want to add a drop down in ca sdm analyst page. When any analyst open a ticket and edit it the dropdown should display as "TYPE OF TICKET" and there will be 2 values 1. incident 2. Problem.

     

    Please guide me in detail for that .

     

    Thanks in advance My ca SDM version is 14.1.
