It is possible to post a comment in USS forum and inside this post we have an hyperlink to an external site.

I want a clickable link inside the post, so the users that are reading the post can click and go to the external reference.

    Good Morning Paulo.

    I think you can:

Select (part of) the text and hit the 'hyperlink icon'.

Is this what you are looking for?

    Kind regards, Louis.

No, I want a link but in the forum part:

As you can see in the image, here we don´t have the link or other text formating tools.

    Good Afternoon Paulo.

So, with forum, you mean a form on a service option?

And when you open a request for that service in the USS, you want a link to be available there?

    Thanks and kind regards, Louis.

    Good Afternoon Paulo.

Assuming my previous understanding is then correct, please check the below:

I tested locally and added the following in a 'label' component on a form:
    Click for CA.com
The <target="_blank"> is used to open a new page/tab in IE.
Which you can then close when finished working on it.
The form then stays active and can be closed after that.
That's the best alternative I can think of now.

    Kind regards, Louis.

    Yes, it is.

But it only work for a new question.

If I reply to an existing question the formating tool for the text is not displayed.

Reply: add text like this Click for CA.com

    Kind regards, Louis.

    Good Afternoon Paulo.

And I then want to propose to add an Idea to get the same 'message edit' functionality for a Reply as it is now for a New Question.

    Is that okay with you?

Thanks in advance for your effort on that.

    Kind regards, Louis.
