As a proactive action, we are announcing the availability of a replacement license file for our customers on CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server v6.2.1 or below. We recommend that affected customers download the replacement license file from product downloads located at http://support.ca.com, and apply it prior to October 2018 to avoid any interruption. Instructions on how to apply the license file are listed in the Readme file available as part of the download. Alternatively, customers on CA PPM 14.3 and above can upgrade to CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 6.4.2, which already includes the replacement license. Please be aware that TIBCO has announced End of Service for JasperReports Server 6.2.1 effective June 28th, 2018, and more details are available in the previously distributed End of Service announcement.
