i am using EEM ver 12.5.
When i assign a group to an user i dont see the modification in a reasonable time (an hour or more).
Is there a parameter i can set ?
I cannot see errors or warning in the logs..
It is not clear from your post if APM/AXA/ASM is involved at all or this is an EEM-only issue. Please post your question in the correct product community integrated with EEM. I am not finding a public EEM-only community.
If this involves APM, you are best to open a case to work through the issue. Most resolved, please post the resolution here to help others that may have the same situation.

APM 10.5.2 - EEM 12.51 (certification environment)
The same customer has the production Environment - APM.10.1 + EEM with the same EEM configurations that works without problems connecting with the same LDAP .
There were some LDAP problems found in 10.5.1 which resulted in Hot Fixes but I am not sure about 10.5.2. I would suggest to create a new support case per Hal's advice so we can diagnose root cause of the 10.5.2 problems.
The user and groups are loaded in the EEM cache in the client side (EEM API) and the cache refresh time is decided by the embedding application in this case APM.
I don't recall seeing a similar issue in 10.5.2, but from our internal hotfixes page I see there are some 10.5.2 Hotfixes that addresses some EEM-APM issues. Also, I remember an EEM permission issue in 10.5.1 but that was fixed in latest 10.5.1 Hotfixes too
I suggest you to apply the latest 10.5.2 hotfix / build -- you would need to open a support case to obtain a copy
And if the problem persists gather DEBUG/TRACE logs to start the investigating:
EEM:a) Stop iGateway serviceb) Go to %EIAM_HOME%\config\loggerc) In the sever.cml file replace level values “info” or “error” with “trace”d) Start iGatewaye) Reproduce the issuef) Collect *.logs and *.conf under %EIAM_HOME% folder. Once this is done, reverse the above steps in order to set the logging back to their defaults.
In addition attach to the case:- copy of the EM/config/realms and domains- Export of APM application from EEM : Configuration > EEM Server > Export Application > Select all Objects list
