why does not let me install version 10.1.1 spectrum does not mark any error and all services are below. someone has some manual or process for updates of versions.

Ayuda a realizar la actualización de Spectrum de 10.1.0 a 10.1.1 no se activa el instalador que me falta para que este se active.

In order to install an upgrade/patch, the base version needs to be installed first. Thus in your case 10.1.0 must be installed prior to 10.1.1

is 10.1.0 already installed? 

Would also recommend to check and make sure there are on "Spaces" in the path for installing Spectrum. Default directory is C:\win32app (Win) or /opt/Spectrum (Linux)

Also make sure AntiVirus is disabled. A/V will block installation.

Hi Voija. 

I have installed the base version that is 10.1.0 but it does not let me install the patch to version 10.1.1 it finishes loading the bar and the installer returns to its origin. without modifying anything.

Where are you running the installation media from? Can you share the directory list of the same?

Don't put the installer in a directory containing spaces, and don't put it next to another installer of Spectrum. I suggest you just copy the installer files in a directory like C:\Temp\spectrum and run it again from there. Should work better.
