    One of the use cases in the last version of the vApp (v1.1) can generate an error.  If user requests an office change from one territory to another (eg: NorthAmerica to EMEA), the information is updated, but other use cases (eg access request) will fail in error.  Reason for this is the synchronisation of the AD account which fails because the user is not moved from AD container.

    Attached is a document that describes the creation of a policy Xpress that moves the user in the correct AD container after an office change.

    I also attached the .xml file containing the policy.  

    You first need to export the identityEnv-RoleDefinitions from the IM management console, add the content of the xml file and import it again. (a restart of the environment is necessary)
