Why these schedules show to be greyed out.
I am a little doubtful about these greyed out tasks as I am not sure what's the reason of these to be like this and what would happen once I activate them.

Looks like it is grayed out because task is set Inactive. When you set it back active then task will start as per the schedule time and conditions
