I use an office online account to sent mails from Service Desk Manager.
To achieve this I configured the windows SMTP service that points to my office online SMTP and in Service Desk I configured options to point to internal windows SMTP.
It is working fine but yesterday I discovered a problem.
Office online smtp has a limit of 1500 messages sent over a 24hs period and I hit this limit.
Inside service desk, in notifications history the emails apears as sent, but in windows
SMTP service I can see the error.
Is there a way to bypass this limitation or I need to change to another SMTP server that not has this kind of limitations.
