Hi,

I have a customer that needs to assing Roles to  different users. We tried it with an import job, where we wanted to update the users with their ITAM-roles. The update run through without error and all attributes were updated, but not the Role.

Is this a bug or does this work as designed? If it is as designed I wonder why you can  select the role in the Import-mapping.

Any ideas?

Hi Markus,

I would recommend contacting support to investigate this further.  We would need to see how you are assigning the contacts to the role and if these contacts are 'authorized' to the APM application.
