Is there a Rapid Automation basics document? I'm trying to set up my first RA file transfer job and not having much luck. HELP!!!!
Have you installed the RA FTP Agent already? The documentation for creating jobs is in the same documentation:

I assume that you selected that connection from the drop down in the job? Search for that connection and lets see the content. I assume its missing a field
No. It’s not in the drop down. How do I get it there?
Create new object -> CONN -> FTPAGENT->FTPCONNECTION
It has to be in the same client as the FTP Job

I'd just recreate it in the client with the job. Export/import will just strip the password.
However, I use transport case for migrating all objects in my environment
Sorry. They are in the same Client. But it still doesn’t show in the drop down window.
OK,… I guess I misunderstood… I was looking for the remote host in the dropdown, not the connection object… Let me see if this gets me where I need to be.
