I've done the configuration of emailgtw probe but the mail is unable to generate from the alarm.
I'am hereby attaching the screenshots.
quick check lists
- have you checked smtp server connectivity with [test] button available in emailgtw probe gui
- have you created auto operator (in nas probe) with action=EMAIL along with valid recipients
How i test smtp server is connected ,Because in new version of emailgtw there is no test button option,and
i configure all the things but unable to send email when alarm is generated.
open emailgtw probe in your infrastructure manager - [properties] - [smtp]

Yes i found it . but unable to test , test buttion shows red, is my primary email server correct? what is issue?
red means connection failure - smtp box has to be its tcp port 25 is accessible from emailgtw probe running robot.
Ok, what should i do next , id dont know , how to check port is accessible?
telnet <your smtp box> 25
it show me the following message when i try
telnet smtp.gmail.com 25
Perhaps the emailgtw log will have something helpful.
Move the log level slider all the way to the right for level 5, apply, OK, deactivate, activate.
Open the log viewer and Test.
In the log it will show up with the IP address.
emailgtw: [Trying IP address [126.96.36.199]]
nslookup shows that address and .109.
You need to white-list the UIM server Ip in your SMTP server . Check the Ignore TLS button and test again
