Hi there,The following api's are synced from gateway to api portal, but i could not see link to those api's below,essentially up on clicking should take to the documentation of api such as probably its input and output details.Please advice.

You need to upload the WADL file for your APIs after which the Link will appear on the API Name which will redirect to the documentation page.

I have build the API's in api gateway using some assertions such as jdbc,which doesn't contain any wadl file, then in that case I do need to add manually all the api doc content?
Yes I think you will need to manually add the documentation then. You may want to login to the portal as admin user, and go to the Dashboard, and from there search upon APIs. You should see the data accessible via a link on the API line item itself.
