    Dear Team,

     

    I am facing following document access error while accessing the uploaded files(pdfs) in CA Clarity 13.3 version.

     

    "Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator."

     

    Do refer attached for error message.

     

     

    Please help.
