Having troubles updating IT Director field on the Projects main page. New to Clarity and don't have much support. Data appears to be pulled from another source. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Screenshot attached.
Hi - and welcome!
To look at what how that field is defined in the system (it looks like a custom field rather than a stock Clarity one) - you can go to the "administration" area (the little spanner icon you should have if you have access to it in the corner of the screen) - into the "studio" part of that, into "Objects", search for "project", go into that and look at the "attributes".
(it may be named different as an attribute to what it is named on the "project edit" view that you posted the screen shot of - if so go to the "Views" sections, then the "[Fields]" against the "Project-Create-Edit" and you can see the screen names against the attribute names there, then go back to "attributes" to see its definition).
Its obviously a lookup field though - you would then need to go the "lookups" area of the administration menyu to see the definition of the lookup itself.
(I think all those references are right ; thats an old version of the UI that I've not looked at for a few years, memory is a bit flaky)

OK cool - so if you can find the relevant "lookup", has that solved your question?
If the lookup is NSQL query based then it might be a little more complicated - you would need to post the NSQL text of the query here for anyone to be able to add any more help.
