  • 1.  smreghost giving error

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to re-register SPS server with policy server.

     

    When i am trying to do so, i am getting :

     

    smreghost: symbol lookup error: smreghost: undefined symbol: _ZN9CSmLogger25GetExecutionTimeThresholdEv

     

    what can be the issue?

    Is there any CA documentation available where i can check for this kind of errors and their possible cause?

    Have you imported ca_sps_env.ksh before running smreghost?

    Always remember to source relevant CA SSO ENV variables before executing any CA SSO product tools / scripts.

     

    "source <SPS_Install_home>/ca_sps_env.sh"
