Layer7 API Management

I'm having Live API Creator opportunity and there was a question whether we're able to connect to Oracle with Fast Application Notification. 

I was unable to find the information neither in the docs nor the community.

Hi Marius, 

Oracle RAC Fast Application Notification provides a simplified API to access FAN notifications. Since it's not using JDBC, we do not support this.  However looking at the docs, there are several JAR files which looks like you can load them into LAC and quite likely call those libraries from LAC's JavaScript resource or function. 

If there are specific requirements for this opportunity, please reach out to LAC's product management team for further discussion.
