  • 1.  Device discovered not show on UMP

    Hi,

     

    I discovered a device via Discovery Wizard on USM (Linux Server) successfully but when I check on Unified Service Manager is not show on " Operating System" group.  Please let me know the steps to verify this issue.

    Hi,

     

    Is the device listed in USM at all?  Such as under 'inventory' node, or if you do a search?  And if so - if you click on the device to bring up the 'Details' page does it list the OS info there?

    I was able to solve the situation, I created a group on UMP and add a filter for this element.

    I thought that your issue was related to :

     

    CA\Nimsoft\probes\service\discovery_server
    at file: excluded_devices.csv
