How can I limit the scheduling of reports by roles?
For example, nowadays I can't prevent a particular role from scheduling a report that is sent by email or saved to a remote server.
Which version of PPM are you using. Is this Advanced Reporting?
If you are in CA PPM 15.3 or above then I could say that there is a new feature added from 15.3 for Advanced reporting. You can create a User Group in PPM as well as Jaspersoft (with same name and ID), and then check the "Allow Jaspersoft Role Synchronization" from PPM System Options. You have to run the "Synchronize Jaspersoft Roles" which will transfer all the users added to the PPM group to the ROLE created in JasperSoft. In case this helps.
