Clarity

  • 1.  User not able to open her profie

    Hi , when user filters with her Resource ID in Home ---> Resources , it says "There are no items to display" .

     

    except resource id other fields are cleared and good. User is able to search her colleagues profile and can open it.

     

    In the Insance rights I can see Resource "Resource - Self (Auto) " , I can see her name when i open this instance right.

     

    Please advice.

    If the resource is not getting results only when searching for Resource ID but gets results when filtering other fields, then it has nothing to do with the access rights. 

    Please request the resource to place an * before the search string and try again. 

    Please provide screenshots if this is not working.

    Restoring defaults worked.
    Home --> Resources --> Gear Icon(Options) --> Configure --> General --> Restore defaults.
