Clarity

  • 1.  Report export failing.

    When I try to import report from Prod to Dev it says

     

    "Import failed. The import job has been cancelled." Before I Import I have changed the root node organization name.

     

    Please advice.

    What exactly you are trying to import, why cannot you import/export command and not via UI as from UI it looks like you are trying to do at root level  List of Jaspersoft Commands in accordance with CA PPM Version

    Can you provide us with the export file that you are using as well as the organization name that it was created under in DEV, and the organization name you are attempting to import it to in PROD.   Additionally, can you share with us if this is an OnPrem or SaaS environment?   If its on-prem, can you send us the jasperserverlog as well so we can take a look at it?
