Hi Folks,

       We have a requirement to change the status of catalog request to rejected after pending fulfillment status depending on certain condition via web service.

We have already PAM process configured for catalog. 

Can anyone please tell me what is the web service method name I can use for the same. Also do I need to change any status related configuration for the same or we can simply change the status from pending fulfillment to rejected.

Hi Ems,

Currently there is no webservices available to change from pending fulfillment to rejected 

however you can use the  updateRequestStatus method or updaterequestitemstatus or updateRequestItemRowStatus from pending fulfillment to fulfilled (2000) or lie in fulfillment range (1000-1999) or hold range (3000-3999)

please note the the reject status is (600)
