Hi Folks,

I wanted to have understanding if we can trigger alerts from servers on the basics of business hours. If possible, how to achieve that using CA UIM in place what would be basic functioning of it.

Explaining question on the basics of example:- 

Suppose team received one INC  dtd 7^th May for lease expire at 11:36 AM IST for server xyz. But as checked server was time was 6:43 AM then why the alert was generated at 8:06 AM if business hours are starting at 6:00 AM local time.

If business hours start at 8:00 AM then INC should be generated at 8:30 AM.

Any leads woulds be appreciated.

Are you asking for all alarms to start during business hours?

We want to setup few alarms, probes based on list of servers for which we can receive alarms during business hours.

what do you want to happen to alarms that are generated outside of the business hours?

You may have to use NAS auto-operators/pre-processing rules along with scheduling the profiles just to start with.

we need some more information around how you actually want to handle alarms during and outside the business hours and are you getting email notification or some integration with ticketing tool is in place.
