Hi,

I'm trying to capture some transaction data via recording. I can do the recording and able to capture the same via Internet Explorer. But if I try to the same via Chrome Browser, it fails to record any RR pairs. Please help. The application has to run via both IE and Chrome, and use VSE for downstream systems.

Are you facing any errors or exceptions when you are using Chrome? 

I have seen a similar behavior but with IE and not Chrome, here is a workaround for IE:

When trying to create a VS from RR pairs using IE browser, it is putting the full path of the RR files instead of the RR file names, what is causing the issue.
With Chrome or Firefox it just uses the file names.
There is a workaround for it:
With Internet Explorer, go to Tools and Internet Options.
Go to the Security tab and Under "Internet" or "Intranet" select on "Custom Level"
In the Security Settings scroll down until you see "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" and select the "Disable" option.
Click "OK" and restart Internet Explorer.
