One of my team members has created a custom view which we want to share with the rest of the team.

Custom Views can be shared with your workspace if you are a workspace or subscription administrator.

I have created a custom view. Please look at the attached screenshot. Although the view appears to be shared, it still shows up under my views and not shared. This is happening to several views that admins have set up. Is there a known bug?
I tested it and it seems to work. I created a few custom views on different artifacts and marked them shared. I can then have different users with different permissions use them.
It may be best to work this via a support case.
Some of the questions we may need to know are:
- In this screen shot you just included where we see the shared view - can you use it?
- Is there a consistency to the behavior you're describing? Are there shared views that consistently work while others consistently not?

You can simply click on the 'Support' link at the bottom of any Agile Central page when logged in or, if you are using Personalize Navigation, click on the question mark in the upper right corner and then click 'Contact Support'. You will be automatically directed to the Support site to submit a case.
