    Dear Automic,

this is to let you know that the SSL certificate for support.automic.com expired on 2018-04-30.

It would be customary to provide a valid SSL certificate for corporate servers providing SSL-enabled services. The SSL certificate ensures that the server is the actual server known as support.automic.com (with the proper host key). Eventhough the provided service is merely a redirect, SSL certificate failure could enable a bogus actor to inject a malicious redirect (e.g. by various DNS exploits), thus enabling redirect to any other site, thus potentially e.g. farming off the passwords people type here.

    Kind regards.

Hm, I must say I expected a bit more in the area of visible action than, erm ... none. It would appear my expectations need some sort of adjustment?
