Automic Workload Automation

i am facing a problem quiet frequently now.

I am getting queries from users that when the force password change window comes and they change the password and re-login. they get the same window to change the password again.

Any specific reason or settings which I need to look into?

What version of the AWI are you currently on? 

This seem similar to a bug that was fixed in the past. From the Automic download center, list of bug fixed..

It look like you are on a affected version, so this may most likely be the issues you are running into.  It has been fixed within the Automic Web Interface 12.0.1 HF2 and 12.0.2

I recommend upgrading to 12.0.1 Hotfix 2
