  • 1.  How to modify or edit Issue Details form in Service Catalog

    Hi,

     

    Can I modify or edit offering form on CA Service Catalog?

    I would like to modify Category component in Issue Details form but when I click on category components that show message "System form needs to be explicitly customized, before it can be edited."

    Since it's a System form, you need to copy it first to be able to customize it, then associate your new form with the Service Option for the Issue creation.
