    Hi all,

I have a question about LDAP sync to SDM and EEM.

What happen if a existing contact in SDM and EEM, if that some value of that contact change from <somevalue> to null or "" (no value)?

For example, the LDAP sync a record to SDM and EEM with the phone number 123 yesterday. Today, LDAP update the phone number to null or <no value>. What happen when I ran the LDAP sync again? The record of SDM and EEM remain unchange or it will update the phone number to null?

    Hi Conan,

the behaviour is configurable - see under Options Manager / LDAP / ldap_sync_on_null.

    Regards,

    James

Conan, when the value change in AD, as EEM only points to the AD so there should not be any problem. As for SDM, as James pointed out, it is configurable thru that option that the value in SDM can be synced from LDAP. Thanks _Chi
