CA Advance Auth 9.0.02 Adapter installation on apache-tomcat-8.5.30 does not work it needs wstx-asl-2.9.2.jar file to be on Tomcat classpath. copying wstx-asl-2.9.2.jar file into %TOMCAT_HOME%\lib folder works.

Can you check which application is failing because of this jar file i.e. is it "arcotafm.war"?

I think if you place this jar file under that's application WEB_INF/lib folder ( if it doesn't exist or replace it if it already exists), it will also solve the issue.

I prefer application specific jar files should be included in application scope than the container scope. Give it a try.

It arcotafm.war and arcotadmin.war both are failing. Customer is not willing to change any of OOB war files. So had to include these jars in TOMCAT lib.

In that case what you did is Ok. Please open a support case for this issue as this needs to be fixed by base deliverables.
