  • 1.  Configure POP3 in ITPAM mail trigger

    Dear All,

     

       Can we configure POP3 instead of IMAP for mail trigger in ITPAM.

    Please suggest.

    No, POP3 is not supported by the PAM Email trigger. You can create your own process and use the Email Operators, that support POP3, and read the contents of the remote mailbox on a schedule.

    Configure Mail Trigger Properties at the Domain Level

    It appears IMAP is mandatory for this.
