Our teams are in hierarchical fashion and we do big room planning. We are wondering what other companies who are operating in a similar environment do for metrics. What do you measure at higher level scrum teams? What should we be looking at to determine we are successful? What is success to other organizations?
We can see the number of features and initiatives and if they are getting done on time (in a release). Is there any way to measure if the work we are getting done is more than when we were following a waterfall approach? What metrics would we look at to determine that?
