The two webservice agents should probably have been separated from the start.
They are very different technology stacks and combining them adds a lot of complexity.
As we enhanced the REST webservice agent, the package was growing and the customer was forced to install both even if they only used one. The documentation was also included in the package so this only increased the problem.
We now have dedicated agents so changes to one does not affect the other.
