While login on the gateway via policy manager am getting the following exception. rob.wingter exceeded the inactivity period .Please advice how could it be resolved.
You may check the policy manager log locate at,
windows: C:\Users\<user>\.l7tech\ssm0.logLinux: /home/<user>/.l7tech/ssm0.log

Most likely your user has not logged in in some time and the account has become inactive. Below are the docs on setting this threshold and how to go into the users account settings and activate the account again.
