  • You can download your copy of CA Configuration Automation 12.8 SP05 from the CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 and 17.1 downloads via the Download Manager at CA Support Online. Also available on CA Service Management Service Desk Manager Package 14.1 and 17.1 releases.
