  • 1.  How to remove the unused agents

    Hello,

     

    I have 2 agents disconnected and no longer used. I would like to remove it. But I don't find the option to do that. Please help advise me how to clear them up.

     

    I'm using UC4 version 11.2 and java console interface.

    Hi

    * stop Agent

    * delete  Agent object in Clt 0

    * delete binaries on OS Server

    * remove SMGR entry

    Deleting binaries on OS Server? Can you please elaborate it! The agent files or some other?

    Hi

     

    If you want to remove the agent its sufficient to delete the agent binaries (all agent files in agent directory e.g.bin, temp, resource,...) on your OS server to get & keep it clean :-)
