    Hi Team,

    Please let me know "Is it possible to delete inactive CI's from CA servicedesk".

    If yes how?

    If no please give me reason for not doing such.

    Currently there is no method to delete CI's from CMDB/SDM. There is an idea open about this being added in the product, you might want to vote for it
