  • 1.  Access denied when previewing Backend Variable object

    Hello all,

     

    I am unable to preview the backend variable object and it is saying Access denied <Hostname>. The user which this is running from have all admin privileges and not sure why it is throwing error. Did anyone face this and please help me in fixing this.

    Hi patve03,

     

    Since the message is Access Denied and you had mentioned that the user have all the admin privileges.  Can you verify that on the Variable table, if it actually have an Agent assigned to it or what you had entered existed on that system.

    thanks, this has already been resolved and you are correct that the agent which I gave in the BACKEND VARA object is not exist on the system.
