Hi,

I have Spectrum 10.2.3 configured in a FT mode.

I have observed that while discovering devices, the discovery process is fast , but the modelling  takes lot of time. Is this the expected behaviour or there is some way this can be speed up.

If the modelling process is going on in some profile, it doesn't allows to continue the same in another one. We cannot run modelling process simultaneously in 2 different profiles .

Is there any way to fix this .

The modelling is slower than the discovery, since the device is interrogated to determine the model type and capabilities exposed via SNMP, plus if you enabled the 'discover connection' checkbox, the topology mapping is taking additional time, especially if you have a lot of devices and a lot of ports.

What do you call "slow"? How much time does it take?
