We need to change a requirement hierarchy by XOG, and when we try to XOG in we get the WARNING that I copy below and the hierarchy doesn't change.

Does someone know how to do it?

Just based on the error description, are you trying to XOG in a hierarchy which is already pointed to a Requirement which somewhere in the hierarchy chain is already linked back to the Requirement being updated via XOG?

No, we have a REQ1, which is son of REQ2. We are trying to change via XOG the parent of REQ1. The new parent would be REQ3. And then we get this WARNING and hierarchy doesn't change. It would be to substitute the parent.
