    I am trying to extract summary data from Rally -   Theme, Initiative, Feature -  % Complete by user stories, etc.   I have the Excel Plugin and I am still unable to create a report with this information.  Fields such as Theme, Initiative, etc. do not appear in the 'column' dropdown menu.    Any suggestions?

    The "Custom List with Deep Export" app in the Community App Catalog (GitHub - RallyCommunity/custom-grid-with-deep-export: Custom Grid App with a deep export option) will let you export a hierarchy of work items. Scope the app to the top of your Portfolio Item Hierarchy (Theme), apply filters as desired, select columns you want exported, and choose the export option to meet your needs (i.e., Export Portfolio Items...). This may require a little bit of "massaging" in Excel to get the data in the format you want, but everything you need will be there.
