Automic Workload Automation

Hi

We have a AE install that is spanned across multiple domains using the Automic proxy setup. AE v11.2

I have created multiple LDAP entries in client 0, to allow the use of AD user accounts. My first domain works as expected however if I try to add a user from one of the other domains i get the following

Is there anything else I need to do apart from the LDAP entries?

You are only able to synchronize users, if you are in the same domain. 

You just have to create a user for the other domain. The department for that user has to be the same as it is used for the UC_LDAP_<my-name> domain variable that you created. 

You can logon with an LDAP user without synchronizing it first. It will be synchronized, once the user logs in the first time

Thanks I have only just got around to testing. This works, but if click the button for sync it still errors. I can manage with that.
