Service is in started state but stopped service alert is not resolving

We got stopped service alert our team started that service .However still alert is not resolving .when we logged into server and check other services (not ticked service) are in stopped state.

 

I want to know is there any reason that all serives needs to started to resolve the ticket.

 

I want to know did we get ticket for each and every service to stopped alert or can we get only one ticket for multiple stopped services
