Hi

We are running AE 11.3.6 and trying to upgrade OS for WCC including EEM.

Actually we have been using serparately AE mgr and WCC server.

In this case, should I reinstall AE Manager with WCC Server?

If we don't have to reinstall AE manager, 

I want to know the way to  reinstall WCC including EEM.

Hello,

You don't need to reinstall AE server if WCC server is installed in a separate machine.

EEM and WCC are in different DVD's. If you want to install them in the same machine , you need to run the installation

from 2 separate DVD's. (EEM from CA COMMON COMPONENTS DVD and WCC from CA WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER)  

However to upgrade to  the latest version of WAAE ,WCC,EEM you can download the following DVD's

from https://support.ca.com/us/download-center.html?r=1&r=1&r=1

1) On LINUX/UNIX

CA WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER FOR LINUX R11.4 SP6 DVD MEDIADVDWCCLN114S6E.iso 
CA COMMON COMPONENTS R11.3.6 SP7 FOR UNIX/LINUX DVD MEDIADVDCCUNLX1136S7E.iso

2) on WINDOWS:

Are you upgrading the OS in-place? I don't see the need to reinstall WCC/EEM if the upgraded OS is supported/certified for your current WCC/EEM.
