  • 1.  How to fix Policy template Sync issues between Gateway and Portal ?

    A newly created policy template is not appearing on the API Portal, do not see any errors in the Gateway logs.

    Hi there:

     

    I've created a small checklist of things for you to review:

     

    • Have you added the required "Set as Portal Published Fragment" assertion on the top of the Policy Template Fragment?
    • Have you encapsulated your fragment as a "Encapsulated Assertion"?
    • Have you waited for the sync window? (defined in the Gateway "Scheduled tasks")

     

     After checking those items, if the problem persists, would be useful to give us more details... Also, a good idea is to check how the Standard Policy Templates are built. 

     

    Looks like we have a starting point here...
